Many of you who follow me on social media know that I recently met and hung out with the very talented Gayle Forman, author of If I Stay. She was so fun and down-to-earth, and I had a great time!

The funny thing is, Gayle was convinced that I have a dark-haired doppelganger, another author named Nova Ren Suma.

I'm excited to celebrate the release of Timeless! Be sure to take the Doppelganger Quiz below to find out who your Doppelganger is in the Maiden of Time trilogy. I took the quiz and my doppelganger is... ALEXIA! Woot!
Without further ado...
I'd like to welcome Crystal Collier here today to share her new book and introduce you to YOUR Maiden of Time doppelganger!
In the thirteenth century, the Holy Roman Church has ordered the Knights Templar to exterminate the Passionate, her bloodline. As Alexia fights this new threat—along with an unfathomable evil and her own heart—the Soulless genesis nears. But none of her hard-won battles may matter if she dies in childbirth before completing her mission.
Can Alexia escape her own clock?
In 1771, Alexia had everything: the man of her dreams, reconciliation with her father, even a child on the way. But she was never meant to stay. It broke her heart, but Alexia heeded destiny and traveled five hundred years back to stop the Soulless from becoming.

John is my doppelganger. I guess he likes board games.
ReplyDeleteHe just might. He likes the social aspect of it for sure.
DeleteI found my doppelgänger on Twitter. Small world ;)
ReplyDeleteYou did? Crazy.
DeleteI got Kiren! And he's quite easy on the eyes. ;)
ReplyDeleteRight?! (Even more so in the books.)
DeleteStudents frequently tell me I look just like some teacher or other they know. I don't see the resemblance, but I guess it's in the eye of the beholder.
ReplyDeleteLOL. You ARE a doppelganger.
DeleteFun quiz! Apparently, my doppelganger is Sarah. I never would've predicted that, LOL.
ReplyDeleteYou got Sarah? That's awesome! My husband always gets Sarah--which tells me that face to face, you and I would be two peas in a pod.
DeleteKristin, thank you for being the BEST hostess. You rock like cheesy nachos!
ReplyDeleteLol. Mmm, cheesy nachos... you're making me hungry! :) Glad I could help out! And thanks for the awesome Doppelganger Quiz!
DeleteI LOVE Nova Ren Suma. I read Dani Noir when she was still a new author and emailed her to say I liked it. She replied and said she was flattered that a fellow author (I was agented but not published at the time) took the time to contact her. So happy to see her success!
ReplyDeleteDoppelgangers are definitely an interesting topic. It's so crazy how two very unrelated people can look so much alike.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree.
DeleteMy doppelganger is a guy!
ReplyDeleteMy parents say I have a doppelganger back in my home city. I'm not sure if I believe them or not. :)
It happens. This is personality doppelganger quiz, so...
DeleteI got John, probably because I chose healing as a gift. But only you would add a favorite cheese question to a quiz. lol
ReplyDeleteLOL. You know I had to do it. HAD to.
